Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you want a refund, please contact us via email at killerlanddeals@gmail.com, give the state and parcel number (if applicable) of the land you purchased and wish to return and get a refund for. Once we get your request, we will create and send a deed, transferring ownership from yourself to ourselves. You will be responsible for getting this deed printed out, notarized and returned to us at:

In returning this, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
Once this deed has been received and recorded by the county, so the property is legally ours again, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Once this process is complete, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If requested within 30 days, we would be happy to exchange it for another property listed on the website at the same price. Just email us at killerlanddeals@gmail.com, let us know which property you want as an exchange. We will email you a deed transferring this property back to us. You will sign and get this deed notarized and mail it to us at:

Once we receive it and it is recorded by the county, we will get a deed signed and notarized transferring ownership for the replacement property to yourself and get this sent to the county for recording. Once the county records it (typically take a few weeks), the replacement property will legally be yours to own and enjoy.
